Note: The back paddles need one manual bind. The back paddles (L4/R4/L5/R5) are not
part of the standard controller api, so the game listens for keyboard keys instead.
In Steam, open No Final Night controller layout and bind:
L4→1, R4→2, L5→3, R5→4.
Y / X / B (mute & volume) and the lights / doors are disabled while the cameras are up, exactly like on desktop.
